Optus Mobile Device Unlocking Process

Welcome to the Optus Unlock Process. You will be lead through a number of steps in order to unlock your mobile device.

To complete the process you will need to complete the following steps:

  • 1Complete the Enter Details form
  • 2Make your payment
  • 3Receive your Mobile Device Unlock Code
  • 4Enter in the Mobile Device Unlock Code directly into your Mobile Device

If the mobile device you are trying to unlock is an iPhone, please call 1300 075 395 and follow the instructions.

Getting Started

Before you start, make sure you have the following items:

  • 1. Your Mobile Device's IMEI Number. How do I find the IMEI?
  • 2. If you have not owned the mobile device for more than 6 months and performed a continual recharge during this period, you may need to make a payment. If this is the case, you will need a valid credit card with sufficient funds to pay for the transaction.
